This is a chalk board for online ideas drafting. You may pursue them
further.
- Chemical space and PBPK modeling: explore a predefined space of
chemical properties to see which structures
lead to specified kinetic properties.
- Compare ways to model correlations and constraints in volumes and
flows for physiologically based
pharmacokinetic (PBPK) models, using a few datasets. (That's an easy one).
- Explore the space of predictions of a model (state space) to judge
over-parameterization etc.
- MCSim, the next steps (better distribution of source, new algorithms)
- Show how a multilevel approach works with 1 data item per individual
(easy).
- Use CART for predictive chemistry. Actually that has been done recently, after I first had the idea and never
acted on it, but it is not fully exploited yet.
- On complexity, as another dimension, related to entropy and levels of organization; see also memes (also here
for fun) for a connexion with this topic.
- Treating Chinese characters as (fun) models for chemicals
classification etc. For example, the keys' indexation
may well be sub-optimal.
- Improve www.2-FUN.org (that's actually on the way)
- Make links between systems-biology and PBPK modeling (see video here)
- Inform thoughts on computer-aided research. Basically we do not ask complex enough questions to computers and
the proper way of thinking might be to consider that research is a complex text treatment (e.g., mathematics can be
viewed as logical symbolic text treatment)). The text
analogy is more than that and could quite deep as to the fabric
of the the stuff we are made of, see provocative thoughts evolving causal networks of automata in Wolfram NKS
page.
- Note the opening of "Le Laboratoire" in Paris. An interesting idea.
